This post was published on one of our social networks that we share with you. This special equipment, which is a Special Lubrication Train Set (CANAVIEIRO), of the Ballast / Hydraulic Pressurized type, of fixed installation, mounted on its own chassis, in accordance with international safety standards, for agricultural, urban and road use with the…
The purpose of the pavement layer design is to reduce the pressure on the lower layer, thus reducing the load required in the first layer, so that the bed only accepts part of the demand. The pavement can be defined as the following layers: 1. Coating 2. Base 3. Subbase 4. Subgrade Reinforcement 5. Sub-deal…
The Cold Asphalt Microcoating process is used for protection, waterproofing and surface rejuvenation of asphalt pavements that are worn by the action of traffic and atmospheric agents such as: air, sun and water, making the asphalt binder rigid and brittle due to loss of asphalt, where crack formations occur that lead to pavement deterioration. The…
Simulation of a project to use the Cement Distribution Mobile Units In a hypothetical study for a process of partial reconstruction of the pavement structure with the use of specific equipment for the purpose of soil stabilization with a density of 1.9 t/m³ using materials existing in the pavement structure, Portland cement ¹** , additional aggregates…
LDA Equipamentos, expanding its presence in Latin America, appointed new representatives in Colombia and Bolivia. Conducted training for the sales team of new distributors, aiming at presenting the products and goals for the coming years. Through Civil Engineer Paulo Silva, presentations and training were given with some of our main products such as Asphalt Plants,…
LDA Equipamentos Rodoviários invested in field research to develop a new line of Hot Asphalt Mixing Plants from 5 t/h to 150 t/h. This plant can be used for machining modified asphalt mix with the addition of polymers, rubber, fibers, filler, SMA (Stone Matrix Asphalt), WMA (Warm Mix Asphalt), among others. The objective of this…
A rainwater channel is an underground piping system that collects rainwater and performs proper sanitation. It also has the function of intercepting excess rainwater to prevent its accumulation and overflow on the street and favor its flow. In addition to preventing flooding, cleaning rainwater pipes is also a measure to promote the health and quality…
Flexible pavements are mostly associated with asphalt mixtures basically composed of asphalt aggregates and binders. They are composed of an asphalt surface layer called a lining or bearing layer supported on base, sub-base and subgrade reinforcement layers. The asphalt coating is the upper layer designed to resist the actions of traffic and transmit them in…
Due to the pandemic, the global economy will struggle to recover. The statistical data on civil construction equipment indicates that we have gone back 10 to 15 years in equipment sales. Projects that once required large volumes of asphalt are increasingly rare in these Covid-19 times. A solution to this production capacity problem, well known…
We are specialists in manufacturing equipment for the application of thin coating layers, both on new pavements for low to medium traffic, and for functional restoration of high-traffic lanes. The techniques presented below increase the durability of asphalt pavements, provide more comfort and safety to the user, in addition to reducing the cost of maintaining…
